The supported country varies by card type based on the physical location of the transaction. Country-specific requirements are enforced by multiple parties in the payment flow, such as, but not limited to, the bank, merchant processor, merchant and the issuer.
The non-reloadable is United States-only. The CAD non-reloadable is Canada-only.

There are also countries that we do not expect to support, and have no plans to, such as, but not limited to:
Crimea
Cuba
Iran
North Korea
Russia
Syria
Ukraine
