No, non-reloadable cards cannot be topped up. As the name suggests, once you order a non-reloadable card, you cannot add more money to it.
When you purchase a non-reloadable card, the amount you specify at the time of order is the total amount that will be available on that card. After you spend down the balance, the card cannot be reloaded with additional funds.
