For our International non-reloadable (INTL NR) card, there is a fee for purchasing the card. 

For other non-reloadable cards (U.S. NR and CAD NR), there is no fee, because we purchase the card at a discount and sell it at face value. 

Additionally, for our other products (gift cards, push to card, Paypal and Venmo) there are fees applied for purchase by which we earn revenue.
