Why does the deposit form say I have zero balance?

You have not deposited any supported stablecoin yet, your deposit is unconfirmed, or the address / token used is not supported by Laso.

In most cases, it's a misunderstanding about what coins are in your wallet. Laso only accepts USDT (Tether), USDC, and DAI.

If you look at MetaMask, it may say you have $50 in your wallet. But, if all $50 of that is in a gas token such as ETH, it will not show when attempting to deposit into Laso because it's not accepted.

To deposit into Laso, you will need to convert into one of the previously mentioned stablecoins before depositing.

You can swap into them using a DEX such as Uniswap. If gas fees are prohibitive, send back to your exchange, swap there, and send back to your wallet.
