If a transaction is declined, we recommend:
Check our merchant's list to see if other Laso Finance users have spent at this business before, and if their card was accepted or not.
Turn off any VPN or proxy before retrying, as some merchants may flag transactions when the card’s location and IP address do not match.
Try a different browser or device, as some merchants may have device or browser-specific security checks.
Check your card balance to make sure you have sufficient funds, including any applicable fees.
Verify your card details, including the card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing information.
If the transaction continues to fail, contact our Support team by opening a live chat and share with us the merchant name, transaction amount, date and time, and any error message received so we can investigate further.
