If your card purchase doesn’t go through, you may see one of these messages:
“The payment partner rejected this purchase. Nothing was charged.”
This means our payment partner declined the purchase. You were not charged.“Temporarily unavailable. Nothing was charged.”
This means the purchase couldn’t be processed at that time. You were not charged. You can try again later.
Card Decline vs. Failure After the Charge
Card Decline
Your card issuer or payment provider declined the payment, and you were not charged. Common reasons include:
E-commerce or international transactions are disabled.
Insufficient balance to cover the purchase and fees.
Incorrect card or billing information.
Bank security or fraud checks.
Transaction or daily limits.
Unsupported card type or issuing country.
Note: If your card purchase is declined, you may see an “Unable to Process Transaction” message during checkout confirming that no charges were incurred.
If the payment is still declined, please contact your card issuer for more information.
Failure After the Charge
Your payment was successfully charged, but the funds did not arrive in your Laso balance. Please open a support ticket with Laso Finance through live chat or message @LasoFinance on Telegram so we can investigate.
Note: The refund process for successful payments where the funds aren’t delivered still needs to be confirmed before this section is finalized.
