U.S./CAD non-reloadable (US NR/CAD NR) cards
Billing information
The name for the card will be: Laso Finance.
You can use any billing address since there is no specific one required. If you wish you can also use our address:

This information is shown in the left sidebar of your card dashboard page:
Make sure to enter your name exactly as it is shown.
To ensure maximum acceptance rates, we recommend:
For physical items, match the billing address to the shipping address.
For digital items, use a billing address either matching your location, or that of a high-trust country, such as the United States.
Verify the card’s acceptance with the specific merchant before purchasing the card and attempting a transaction.
Adding the US NR/CAD NR cards to mobile wallets (Google Wallet, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay)
As above, these cards do not have a billing address associated. We recommend entering the name registered to your phone for maximum acceptance rates.
If the Wallet app requests a billing address, feel free to enter whatever you'd like. You can use your own, another address, or you can use ours listed above.

International non-reloadable (INTL NR) cards
Billing information
For International NR cards, we have recently introduced custom billing addresses, these must be a US billing address because the cards are issued there.
If you have set a custom billing address, use the details that you supplied when purchasing the card.
If you have not set a custom address, or did not see the option to do so, then that means that your card will be redeemed with Laso Finance details:

Failure to use the correct address may result in declined transactions or your mobile wallet declining to add the card.
Adding the INTL NR card to mobile wallets (Google Wallet, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay)

General tips for INTL NR card usage
Keep the card’s billing address handy for reference during purchases.
Explore alternative payment options if the card is not supported in your region. If the International Non-reloadable card is unsupported in your country, consider using an alternative payment method, such as the Swype card, which may offer broader compatibility.
What email or phone number should I put for billing information?
None of our cards have required associated phone numbers or email addresses.
For email, you should use one of your own email addresses directly. We don't have an option you can or should use.
For a phone number, again, you are welcome to use any value here. If you would like, you are welcome to use our inbound parsing phone number of (310) 496-3747, which will at a minimum reflect the same location as the billing address.
