This is fine and expected. Just like when you're spending your card, and it goes from authorized (malleable state) to confirmed transaction (less malleable state), the same thing happens when you get a refund.
When businesses issue you a refund, that goes straight to your card through our issuing bank, so you can be confident it will arrive on your card and be credited. The instant our issuing bank is credited, it will be applied to your card and your balance.
You will receive your refund back. Don't contact support about it unless it has been a week or more and you still haven't received your refund.
