They will send the refund back to your card. It will be immediately applied to your card balance when our issuing bank receives the refund.
When some merchant processors perceive a transaction to be at risk of being fraudulent, they will take the funds, and send back a delayed refund. Grailed is a common example of this. That slows down attempted fraud from bad actors, but unfortunately affects legitimate users as well.
In almost all cases, this decline is caused by the card processor, not the business. When you contact the business's support, they will not know what why it was declined, just that it was declined. Or that they didn't receive the funds.
Either way, if the business has initiated a refund, or they show it as declined, you will receive it on your Laso card. It takes 7-10 business days to receive funds in the typical case. If it's still not returned after 30 days, we will credit the return of funds.
The instant our issuing bank receives the refund, it will be applied to your card automatically.
