How to refresh the balance on your International (INTL) Non-Reloadable (NR) card:

To refresh your card balance, click the settings cog icon on your international non-reloadable card, then select Request Balance Update from the dropdown menu.

Our team will manually update your balance within 24 hours of your request.

This manual process is required because the issuer doesn't provide an API and has anti-scraping measures in place, so we have to manually check the balance and transaction history.

Please note that transaction updates also take 24 hours to appear after completion. If you expected a change after your balance update and don't see it, wait until the following day before requesting another update.
