- Can I top up my card after purchase?Once a card is issued, it cannot be topped up. The amount loaded at purchase is the card’s full balance for its lifetime.

- Can I use the United States cards outside the U.S.?U.S. cards only work with U.S. merchants by users physically inside the United States. Do not attempt to use them outside of the country.
