How to Successfully Use Your Laso Card for Amazon Reload

If you're having trouble using your Laso card for Amazon Reload, follow these steps to improve your chances of a successful transaction.

Step 1: Open Your Amazon Wallet

  1. Log in to your Amazon account.

  2. Go to Your Account > Your Payments.

  3. Find your Laso card and click Edit.

Step 2: Uncheck "Processed as a debit card"

  1. Locate the "Processed as a debit card" checkbox.

  2. Make sure the checkbox is unchecked.

Step 3: Verify Your Billing Address

  1. If Amazon didn't ask for a billing address when you added your card, click Change under Billing Address.

  2. Enter the billing address associated with your Laso card.

  3. Save your changes.

Step 4: Retry Your Transaction

  1. Return to Amazon Reload.

  2. Enter the amount you'd like to add.

  3. Select your Laso card as the payment method.

  4. Try completing the transaction again.
