Absolutely.
Card Balance (only INTL REL or USA REL) to Account Balance
Go to the account deposit screen.
Select the appropriate Card Balance tab.
Enter the amount you wish to transfer from your card to your account balance.
Click or tap Deposit.
Account Balance to Card Balance
Click the blue/purple Deposit button.
Select the Account Balance tab.
Enter the amount you wish to transfer to your card balance from your account balance.
Note that the normal reloadable deposit fee of 6.8% will be applied at the point of transfer.
Click or tap Deposit.
