When I use my card at a merchant (e.g. Amazon), what details do they see?Merchants treat it just like a regular prepaid card. They see the card number, expiration date, cardholder name, and billing info as with any other card.

Can I use the United States cards outside the U.S.?U.S. cards only work with U.S. merchants by users physically inside the United States. Do not attempt to use them outside of the country.
Should I spend my card in USD or the local currency?Selecting the local currency (EUR, AUD, etc.) is almost always cheaper. The markup from Point-of-Sale (PoS) systems is typically much higher when you choose USD.
Can I use Laso for all purchases?Laso cards can be used wherever prepaid cards are accepted, including online, in-store, and through digital wallets like Apple Pay / Google Pay

Top-ups, Balances & Limits

You can load up to $1,000 per card at a time (for reloadable cards). Laso enforces a daily spending limit of $1,000 and a monthly spending limit of $4,000

Can I top up my non-reloadable card after purchase?Once a non-reloadable card is issued, it cannot be topped up. The amount loaded at purchase is the card’s full balance for its lifetime.

Can I transfer my card balance to my account balance, or vice versa?Transferring card balance to account balance.

Do I pay gas fees on deposit or on every card transaction?You typically pay gas fees when depositing funds (i.e. when sending your supported stablecoins on chain). Laso does not charge additional transaction (spend) fees for using the card itself

What if the merchant doesn't accept Laso cards?
Can I use Laso cards with PayPal Pay in 3 for purchases over $1,000?PayPal’s installment (“Pay in 3”) feature usually won’t accept prepaid cards, because it needs a payment method that supports recurring billing and risk collection.
Can my card be added to PayPal?You can link your Laso card to PayPal for standard purchases (if PayPal allows it). But you can’t transfer your card’s balance into your PayPal account.
Why can't I deposit Bitcoin, ETH, MATIC, or some other non-stable asset?Laso only accepts stable coins because they reduce volatility risk and simplify accounting. Supporting volatile assets would require additional infrastructure (automatic swaps or hedging).
Can I deposit from another bank account or card?All deposits must come from on-chain transactions. Direct fiat deposits (bank / card) are disallowed under regulatory “value transfer” rules.
Can I deposit fiat onto the Laso card, like a debit card?Laso card cannot be funded via fiat (bank or card). Only cryptocurrency (stable coins) can be deposited.
How do I connect my Solana address to my MetaMask address on Laso?Direct bridging across chains is generally not supported; you may need to use a bridge or intermediate wallet transfer instead of “connecting” them.
Why does the deposit form say I have zero balance?You have not deposited any supported stablecoin yet, your deposit is unconfirmed, or the address / token used is not supported by Laso.
How do I change my Telegram notifications from one account to another?To change which Telegram account receives your Laso notifications, you need to remove your Telegram username from the current Laso account and then add it under the new account’s settings.

I can’t connect Exodus (or another wallet) to Laso.It’s usually caused by network mismatch, wallet settings or permissions, or connectivity issues. Laso’s app may refuse a wallet if it’s not unlocked or on a supported chain.
