Account Suspensions and Restrictions
Laso Finance may freeze or suspend your account if serving you would violate legal or compliance requirements. For example:
Accounts in countries under sanctions cannot be served due to U.S. regulatory restrictions.
When an account is frozen for these reasons, all card payments will be declined. In such cases, you will still have access to any remaining funds in your account for withdrawal.
Withdrawing Remaining Funds From a Frozen Account
If your account has been frozen or closed, you can withdraw the remaining balance using the in-app withdrawal option. Follow these steps:
Visit the account page for the frozen account.
Click the 'Withdraw' option prominently displayed on the frozen account page.
Your remaining balance will be returned to your original linked crypto wallet. Note: Funds cannot be transferred to a different account or wallet. Ensure that your original crypto wallet is accessible.
Troubleshooting Card Decline
Issues If your card is being declined everywhere, even at merchants listed as compatible, the issue might stem from your connection settings. Steps to resolve include:
Disable VPN or Ad Blockers: VPNs and ad blockers can sometimes interfere with transactions. Try disabling them and attempting the payment again.
Use a Mobile Wallet or Payment Intermediary: Consider adding your card to a mobile wallet (e.g., Apple Pay) or a payment intermediary (e.g., PayPal) for a seamless checkout experience.
Retry the purchase once adjustments are made.
Laso Finance Bug
I tried everything, but my card still declines; what now?
If none of the above apply, it may be a Laso-side bug. Please reach out to support.
